Account Registration

Bbulletin requires Personal Account Holders and Community Account Holders to provide their factual information upon registration.

1. You must ensure that you will not provide incorrect information on Bbulletin
2. You will keep your login credentials secured and will not disclose it to any other person.
3. Creation of more than one personal account is not allowed.
4. You must update your profile in case of change in residence, contact number, etc.

Sharing Information

1. You allow Bbulletin to use your personal data (including but not limited to name, contact number, email, and address) and provide such data to the Barangay or Community where you “Sign Up as a Resident/Member” for the purpose of providing information for their Resident/Member Information System
2. You also allow Bbulletin to compile, collect and store personal data while you have an active Bbulletin Account.
3. You own all of the content and information you post on Bbulletin. You may request Bbulletin to delete all information you posted in your Personal or Community Account upon termination of such account.
4. You acknowledge that you have read and understood the Data Privacy Policy before agreeing to the Terms and Conditions.

Data Privacy

The privacy of the data you have shared with Bbulletin is of prime importance. You will only be required to submit pertinent personal information when you join a community. Bbulletin will not require you to update/complete your personal profile upon registration.

Safe and Secure use of Bbulletin

Ensuring safe and secure use of Bbulletin is important to us. Bbulletin Team strives to implement paramount safety and security protocols for Bbulletin use to be safe. However, we cannot guarantee it. In using Bbulletin, users must adhere to the following guidelines:

1. You will not collect users' content or information, or otherwise access Facebook, using automated means (such as harvesting bots, robots, spiders, or scrapers) without our prior permission.
2. You will not upload viruses or other malicious code.
3. You will not solicit login information or access an account belonging to someone else.
4. You will not post content that: is hate speech, threatening, or pornographic; incites violence; or contains nudity or graphic or gratuitous violence.
5. You will not do anything that could disable, overburden, or impair the proper working or appearance of Facebook, such as a denial of service attack or interference with page rendering or other Facebook functionality.
6. You will not facilitate or encourage any violations of this Statement or our policies.

Damages / Indemnification

We are not liable for damages, direct or consequential, resulting from your use of Bbulletin, and you agree to defend, indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, losses, liability costs and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from your violation of any third-party's rights. BBulletin is not absolutely error or bug free, you agree that you will use it carefully and avoid using it ways which might result in any loss of your or any third party's property or information.

We are not responsible for any offensive, inappropriate, obscene, unlawful or otherwise objectionable content or information you may encounter on Facebook. We are not responsible for the conduct, whether online or offline, of any user of Facebook.

YOU MAY USE BBULLETIN AT YOUR OWN RISK. WE ARE PROVIDING BBULLETIN AS IS WITHOUT ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT BBULLETIN WILL ALWAYS BE SAFE, SECURE OR ERROR-FREE OR THAT BBULLETIN WILL ALWAYS FUNCTION WITHOUT DISRUPTIONS, DELAYS OR IMPERFECTIONS. BBULLETIN IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ACTIONS, CONTENT, INFORMATION, OR DATA OF THIRD PARTIES, AND YOU RELEASE US, OUR DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS FROM ANY CLAIMS AND DAMAGES, KNOWN AND UNKNOWN, ARISING OUT OF OR IN ANY WAY CONNECTED WITH ANY CLAIM YOU HAVE AGAINST ANY SUCH THIRD PARTIES.
